What conclusions can I draw from the sample result of a DNA sample if I have used Trianum?

The effectiveness of Trianum is difficult to determine if DNA samples are not taken on a regular basis. It is extremely tricky to draw conclusions from greatly varying results. As the samples are taken from drainage water, it is not possible to determine whether any disease present is fromm the root, or from the water.
Take DNA samples on a regular basis (e.g. every two to four weeks) to gain clear insight into the root environment.
In a Koppert trial, DNA measurements were taken every two weeks. The results showed that the incidence of disease is lower in cases of good colonisation of Trianum on the roots.

I have applied Trianum and have had a DNA scan carried out, but no Trichoderma has been found. How is this possible?

Unfortunately, a DNA scan is not yet a reliable means of gaining an accurate impression of the quantity of Trichoderma present. If you want to be sure, send a root sample to Koppert.
